Salt Fields

The tranquil silence of the mouth of a river and a pale monsoon sky highlights the shacks, the barns, and the fences of salt fields against the monotonous background. The silence and absence of people may be signifying that the area is heading toward decline, where salt farming is a past in people's everyday lives.
